    Executives of Tactical Group successfully delivered this 18,250 sqm modern office & warehouse facility for Dexus Funds Management Limited.

    This facility is divided into four units, each featuring an internal clearance of 10 metres, onsite parking, and a combination of recessed and on grade loading docks with all-weather protection and modern functional design. It is currently occupied by 4 tenants including Yusen Logistics, Ausmedic, ED Oats and Wilson & Bradley. Tactical provided project management, contract administration and tenancy coordination services.

    This facility is located in the premium industrial estate, Quarry at Greystanes and was completed in November 2012.
